Walking To Get Blokes Talking
Space To Walk is more than just a walk; it’s a journey towards well-being, we’re walking to get blokes talking. We stroll across the beautiful beaches of Roker and Seaburn in Sunderland as a group, one step at a time. In the company of other men, you’ll find camaraderie, fresh air, and a chance to share stories. Together we’re striding towards mental and physical health, one scenic walk at a time.
Saturday Strolls for the Soul
The Saturday ‘Space To Walk’ group offers the perfect starting point for men seeking mental health support. We understand that joining a group session and opening up can be challenging. Our walking group provides a relaxed and informal environment, making it easier to take that first step. As you stroll along Roker and Seaburn beach, you'll find a welcoming community where laughter and camaraderie come naturally. It's a gentle introduction to the support you need, allowing you to connect with others and build confidence at your own pace.
